Timothy Thiele over at About.com has written a fairly extensive series of articles on home electrical which I’d like to commend to anyone. The articles are useful in understanding basic concepts (like how electricity works), performing basic installs or repairs (like adding receptacles or repairing frayed wires), and troubleshooting. The site is nicely organized and includes ample pictures illustrating specific steps, concepts, or products.
For those like me who always want to learn but oftentimes don’t have a clue, especially on topics like home maintenance – Thiele’s site is a must-have. Bookmark it for later.
