WellnessFX, a company I love and have talked about in the past, has released an infographic highlighting six medications that can deplete nutrients in one’s body. The medications are antacids, diabetes drugs, statins, antibiotics, antidepressants, and oral contraceptives. Based on which medications one is taking there are different nutrients that should be supplemented – CoQ10, Probiotics, Selenium, Zinc, Vitamin B12, Magnesium, and Iron.
